For fast delivery in the construction industry, we offer EcoProfiel, a complete range of ready-made finishing profiles, available from stock as standard. All products are finished and ready for immediate assembly.
We make the job on the construction site easier
On construction sites, time is lost daily to searching, coordination and rework. Components can't be located immediately, products are assembled incorrectly, or work comes to a standstill because resident choices are still missing. This causes delays, additional costs and frustration for the assembly team, site manager and project management.
Therefore, we move as much work as possible from the construction site to our factory. By organising choices, customisation and preparation in advance, we make sure products can be processed on the construction site immediately and without interruptions.
This is how we do it:
- Customisation per home: We fully incorporate residents' choices into the process. We only start production once all choices are known and we label products per home or room. This way, the assembly team can continue working without waiting or coordination.
- Clear colour coding: We deliver products ready for assembly and provide them with clear colour coding. It is immediately clear which product belongs where, regardless of the language or experience of the assembly team. This prevents errors and rework.

Completed project
EMKU Bouw is renovating 104 homes in Arnhem. We have been commissioned to supply the customised reveal trim and windowsills. For additional efficiency on the construction site, we do this with partial deliveries.
At the start of the renovation, we delivered a full container to the construction site. Whenever it is almost empty, we deliver the next shipment. This way, the right products are always present on the construction site, but never too much. We have already made the products to order in the factory. That saves EMKU Bouw a lot of time and waste on site.
