Small deviations often cause additional work during execution
When dimensions, finishing or assembly do not align properly, corrections and rework arise during execution. Components must be readjusted, replaced or tailored to the situation on site. That takes time, materials and additional coordination during assembly.
Especially in serial or tightly scheduled projects, small deviations can have major consequences for the progress of the work.
We supply profiles tailored to planning and assembly
We discuss technical drawings with the customer and adjust them where necessary before production starts. In addition, we tailor the dimensions, finishing and processing to the application and assembly method. Work that needs to be corrected during assembly is therefore shifted to a phase in which dimensions, finishing and processing can be checked in advance.
When dimensions, finishing and application are coordinated in advance:
- less rework on site
- fewer corrections during assembly
- less waste of material and production time
- less coordination during work
- fewer delays in execution
We look not only at the profile, but also at the next step in your schedule. This way, delivery, processing and assembly are better aligned.
Wiggers had everything neatly packaged in protective film, so nothing could get damaged. Our installers only had to mount the products to the wall on site.

What that yields during execution
- less coordination during work
- less material waste
- fewer delays in execution
Applied in various sectors
This approach is reflected in various projects:
- Modular construction
- (Prefab)construction and renovation
- Industry
- Interior finishing
