Preparation sets the pace during execution
When components still need to be adjusted, finished or adjusted during assembly, downtime occurs on the construction site. Assembly teams have to wait, work is being delayed and execution becomes dependent on additional operations on site. Particularly in projects with a tight schedule or serial execution, interruptions have a direct impact on the project lead time.
When profiles are not fully tailored to the application:
- additional machining remains necessary during assembly
- there will be waiting time between different steps in the execution
- components need to be readjusted on site
- the execution requires more coordination during the work
As a result, not only the assembly but also the progress of the overall project is delayed.
We tailor profiles to assembly and processing
We manufacture customised profiles and finish them completely in-house. In addition, we tailor the dimensions, finishing and processing to the application and assembly method. Work that normally takes place during execution is thereby shifting to our factory. In addition, we deliver by room, phase or project section, so components can be processed directly during assembly.
What that yields during execution
- less downtime during assembly
- less waiting time between project phases
- less reliance on additional on-site machining
- components immediately available for processing
- an execution that runs faster
Applied in various sectors
This approach is reflected in various projects:
- Modular construction
- (Prefab)construction and renovation
- Industry
- Trade
