Machining on the construction site
In many projects, machining still takes place on the construction site. Profiles are measured, adjusted or finished during assembly. That requires time, craftsmanship and coordination. Small deviations quickly lead to additional work or repairs.
When components are not fully prepared:
- dimensions are only finalised during execution
- finishing takes place during or after assembly
- deliveries do not align with the work sequence
As a result, work shifts to an environment with less control and a greater chance of delays and errors.
Machining is performed beforehand
We know from experience that execution runs more smoothly when components are tailored in advance to the way they are processed. That is why we manufacture customised profiles and finish them entirely in-house. We tailor them to the application and the assembly method. We deliver them by room or project phase, so assembly can start immediately.
This way, the number of operations during execution decreases:
- less sawing and fitting work during assembly
- less dependence on on-site professionals
- less coordination during work
- more overview of the construction site
As a result, on-site work remains limited and assembly can proceed without additional machining or interruptions. This is reflected in the progress and in the finish of the end result.
The products are delivered quickly, there’s no need for a painter, and they’re low-maintenance. For us, it’s simply a matter of installing them and moving on.
