Weten wanneer uw Wiggers-zending bij u is? Vanaf nu hoeft u geen omslachtig belletje meer te doen naar ons of transporteur Melis Logistics. Met de Track & Trace-mail van Melis Logistics krijgt u in één klik inzicht in de actuele status van uw zending.
Hoe werkt het?
Met uw mailadres meldt Wiggers uw zending aan bij Melis. Zodra de zending bij Melis is ingepland, ontvangt uw contactpersoon een mail. Daarin staan de details van wat u heeft besteld en de actuele status van uw zending:
- Afleveradres en -datum
- Zendingnummer
- Goederengegevens: aantal pakketten, laadmeter, gewicht en volume
- Status: ingepland, geladen, afgeleverd
De dag voor de afleverdatum is het exacte tijdstip van uw zending vanaf 19.00 uur in te zien door te klikken op de link in uw mail. Mocht het een keer voorkomen dat uw bestelling niet op tijd geleverd kan worden, dan belt de chauffeur altijd naar uw contactpersoon. Omdat persoonlijk contact dan wel zo prettig is.
